plug-in hybrid electric vehicle sounds amazing but i will do fine with the regular hybrid electric vehicle

I have a Tahoe Hybrid and so far so good. Average mileage for this big car per gallon is 22.0! We had initially quite some problems because there was an computer error which shut down the care at low speed. GM was less than helpful for a long time (6 months!!) and looked at us like we were crazy until the found it out and fixed it.
Since then we did not have further issues.

I have a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that is powered by the sun! My husband and I recently bought a used 2007 Prius and Hymotion (MA-based company) battery conversion at a Toyota dealership in Denver. Our total cost was about the same as a brand new Prius with the works. We have solar panels on the roof of our house which powers our whole house plus the car. We are living the green dream in Louisville, CO (the #1 small town in America, according to Money Magazine)!

I have a 2008 Toyota Prius and I love this car! Currently getting 58 mpg on my daily commute (mixed highway/city) and 50 mpg on the highway.

We have a Toyota Camry Hybrid - 2007 - that we purchased used from a rental fleet in Feb. 2008. We have had no problems. The Prius was too small for my 6'3" husband, but this is perfect. It gets least 35 mpg and it drives quietly & smoothly. Love it and feel good that we're using less gas.

I agree with Brian..I love the Prius..and been drivin for almost a week without having to pump gas.
